AWANA Ministry
Preschoolers through 5th Grade meet for AWANA each Wednesday evening from September through May from 6:15-8:00 PM. This program combines recreation, scripture memory, and lessons with awards and recognition for hard work.

Benevolence
When real need arises in our church or community, the Bible teaches us to meet the needs in the name of Jesus. We desire to help those in need while at the same time providing counsel and guidance on how to manage money, how to improve their job skills, and how to be diligent in their lives.

Children’s Church
We offer a miniature version of “big church” each Sunday morning during the 10:30 AM worship time. It is called "W.O.W!" which stands for Worship Our Way! We encourage children to learn to worship on their own level, but in a manner that helps them to grow accustomed to the time when they will grow out of the children’s church.
Children’s Ministry
At Calvary, we provide activities for our children on Sundays and Wednesdays each week that are fun and teach Bible truths that can guide them through life. We also offer after-church fellowships, summer trips, and many events and activities throughout the year.

Deacon Ministry
The deacons at Calvary are true ministers reaching out to meet the needs of the members of the church family. Each of our men has designated family groupings for which they are responsible to minister. When in crisis or time of need, the deacons visit, call, listen and pray.
Discipleship Small Groups
From 6:00 – 7:30 PM each Sunday we conduct a small group time for all Christians. Small groups are designed to help each member "GROW" in their personal relationship with Christ.

Evangelistic Events
Each year, along with our normal schedule, we plan special events to reach new people for Christ. These are always community-oriented events that are varied in nature and appeal to the entire family.

Media Center
Our media center/library is located in the Faith Building in room 103. We try to provide the latest in books and videos for all ages to encourage a deeper walk with Christ as you spend time with Him daily.
Men’s Ministry
The Men’s Ministry seeks to be a help in guiding Christian men down the path of leadership and development into the man God desires them to be. Through classes, retreats, seminars and conferences we strive to teach our men how to be godly leaders, loving husbands, and effective fathers.
Mission Jerusalem
In 2005, Calvary members began a new ministry in the Williamston area. Each year, with over 50 volunteers, homes are chosen to be remodeled and renovated for low-income persons in our community. We seek to minister in a very hand's on way to those who need the help the most.
Missions
We believe missions are vital at Calvary. We support the Cooperative Program with its over 5,000 missionaries around the world and 4,000 in the United States. We are also very involved in local missions through our association. We have women’s and men’s groups that not only study and pray for missions but actively participate in missions through projects and trips. Additionally, we teach our children about missions through a variety of methods and encourage our youth to participate through mission activities and trips.
Music
We have many opportunities at Calvary from music training and performance. We offer an adult choir, a mixed ensemble, praise team, children’s and preschool choirs. There is a place for everyone to be involved in worship through music.

Prayer
We believe that prayer unlocks the power of God in our lives and in our Church. We have a multi-faceted prayer ministry including a prayer room, prayer chain, internet prayer ministry, as well as the weekly Wednesday Prayer Meeting.
Preschool
Our preschool department is designed to provide the child with the nurture and care he/she needs while providing the parents with the peace of mind of knowing that their child is well-cared for. We start at the earliest ages teaching the principles of God’s love and care for every little child.
Weekday Preschool Ministry
Calvary conducts a weekday preschool ministry called Calvary’s Kids. This program equips children to succeed and to get a head start in reading, writing, and math skills. Most importantly, we teach each child about Jesus and His love for them. The program is for ages 2-5 and meets Monday-Friday from 8 AM – 12 Noon.

Recreation
Our recreation opportunities include team sports each session so that almost all ages can be involved to whatever extent they desire. We try to include basketball and softball teams that are competitive as well as many recreational options for those who only want fun and fellowship.

Senior Adults
Our senior adults are very important to us at Calvary. We could never thank them enough for their lifelong service and ministry. Each month we meet with a variety of activities and programs. We also provide trips of all kinds to keep our seniors active.
Singles
With a strong Bible study class at 9:00 AM each Sunday, the journey along a young person's life is continued with our college and career singles' ministry. We seek to provide a solid program full of interaction with singles from all walks of life. Activities, fellowships, dinners, and trips are all included in our year long calendar.
V
Vacation Bible School
Each Wednesday of the summer, we conduct our Vacation Bible School for 3 year old through 6th grade. VBS is an hour and a half each week of games, crafts, exciting Bible study and refreshments. We encourage all children in our community to join us every week from 6:30-8:00 PM for a time of learning more about Jesus and how to live for Him.
Van Ministry
Because we desire that everyone come and hear the Good News about Jesus, we attempt to provide transportation for everyone who wants to attend our Church when transportation is not available to them. You may call the church Office about getting a ride.
Video Ministry
Those who are shut-in because of illness or disability long to worship and serve with their church, but are unable to do so. Because of this, we video our worship services and provide those DVD's to our shut-ins. DVD's are also available for purchase or use to any other member on a request basis.
Visitation
Calvary tries to contact each and every person who visits us in several ways. With Sunday phone calls, Wednesday visits, and weekday ministry through the Sunday School, we are thrilled to be able to share our faith and our Church with everyone.

Welcome Center
Located in the Steeple Tower of our new sanctuary, we have a special place to welcome guests. It is here that our volunteer staff will greet guests with a smile, handshake, and information about our services and facilities.
Women’s Ministry
Women today have many needs as employees, mothers, and wives. It is the goal of the Women’s Ministry at Calvary to help all women in their goal to live godly lives and walk with the Lord. We encourage women to be holy in all they do, but we don’t want them to do it alone. We strive to provide encouragement and fellowship along the way through Bible study, conferences, and annual events.
Worship
At Calvary worship is central to everything we do. We believe in offering God our best and giving Him the glory that He alone deserves. With a blended worship style that incorporates hymns, spiritual songs, and praise and worship choruses, we strive to connect every person who attends to Christ. Our worship is warm, celebrative, friendly, and relevant to today’s living. Our worship is centered on God’s Word, and our goal is to please God and see lives changed!

Youth Ministry
Gravity Student MinistrIES provide every youth with the opportunity to begin or continue along his/her journey with Christ. With scheduled weekly activities including our Wednesday night worship at 6:30 PM and many annual events, “GSM” keeps youth busy while encouraging personal growth in Christ!
